Russial halts Kazakh oil to Germany: Key refinery faces supply disruption

As oil prices climb, Russia has suspended deliveries of Kazakh crude to a major refinery in eastern Germany. Although Germany stopped importing Russian oil directly over three years ago, Kazakhstan’s supply—transited through Russia—previously accounted for about 20% of production at the PCK refinery.
