US and Russian negotiators meeting in Saudi Arabia have concluded a 12-hour round of talks, aimed at securing a partial ceasefire in Ukraine. It’s the second set of negotiations this month, after Ukraine agreed to a 30-day ceasefire limited to energy structures. But on the ground, there's been no respite.
