Shadow minister hits out at Labour over NHS funding and reform plans

Shadow energy secretary Claire Coutinho was asked about the government's plans to name and shame underperforming NHS trusts, and sack managers that fail to turn things around. The health secretary explained earlier that these reforms would go alongside financial investment. Ms Coutinho told Sky News: "It's a funny way of going about it when you give people the money first, then you negotiate on the reforms afterwards."
