Sir Grant Shapps, who held several cabinet positions in various Conservative governments, has been speaking about his father-in-law, who was in the synagogue in Manchester during the attack last week. He says: "We had a very worrying half an hour, where we didn't know where they were in particular with my father-in-law, what was going on.
