Shelling on the outskirts of Raqqa: Syrian army advancing eastward amid SDF withdrawal

US Central Command is urging all parties in Syria to de-escalate. The appeal comes after the government's rapid advance eastwards through the Aleppo province. Government troops are retaking control of key towns and villages that were under the control of the Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces as the SDF continues to withdraw.
