Sky News uncovers a 'traumatic' culture of staff bullying within UK schools

Over 320 teachers from across the UK have spoken to Sky News alleging that they have been bullied within their schools. An investigation has uncovered a culture of staff on staff bullying, and the widespread use of non-disclosure agreements and pay-outs to prevent teachers from speaking out.
