The UN is warning of an increased risk of mass violence against civilians in South Sudan, where conflict has escalated between government and opposition forces. The army and forces loyal to Vice President Riek Machar fought in a five-year civil war that ended in a peace deal in 2018. But that's unraveled since Machar was arrested and charged with treason last year. Nearly 230,000 people have been forced to flee their homes. Al Jazeera’s Malcolm Webb reports.
