Starmer blames Conservatives for collapse of China spy case

Sir Keir Starmer has promised to publish the evidence submitted by the government as part of the collapsed China spy case. He told MPs he would publish the witness statements on the case. Charges were dropped against Christopher Cash and Christopher Berry because China had not been designated as a threat to national security.
