'Stay calm, stay peaceful': Governor of California calls for calm in LA

The governor of California has urged protesters to stay calm and stay peaceful, after President Trump deployed the National Guard to Los Angeles. Troops are on the streets, with orders to stamp out demonstrations that broke out in response to immigration raids. Neither city nor state officials requested the National Guards' assistance, with Governor Gavin Newsom accusing the President of trying to manufacture a crisis.
