An Air Canada Express jet collided with a fire truck while landing at New York's LaGuardia airport on March 22, killing both pilots and injuring ‌dozens of people.   Air traffic control audio from LiveATC indicated that a separate United Airlines flight had declared an emergency due to an odor onboard. A later transmission captured a fire truck being cleared to cross Runway 4 at taxiway "Delta," where the collision occurred.   Moments later, according to the ATC audio, a controller can be heard saying: "Stop, stop, stop, truck one stop, truck one, stop."   #aircanada #plane #crash #laguardia #airport 👉 Subscribe: https://reut.rs/4b8fRGn Keep up with the latest news from around the world: https://www.reuters.com/ Follow Reuters on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/Reuters Follow Reuters on X: https://twitter.com/Reuters Follow Reuters on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/reuters/?hl=en
