The battle for Goma: DR Congo deploys heavy weapons to fight m23 rebels

The Democratic Republic of Congo has ramped up its military efforts in eastern regions to com-bat M23 rebels, backed by Rwanda. The UN confirms its peacekeepers are engaged in heavy fighting, with the conflict escalating on the frontlines. Tragically, the military governor of North Kivu was killed during the fighting.
