Thousands of protesters have taken to the streets of Tel Aviv, calling for the Israeli government to reach a deal with Hamas to release the remaining hostages held by the group. It is thought around 20 hostages are still alive in Gaza. The protest came after Israel faced international condemnation for two strikes on the Nasser hospital that killed five journalists. The IDF said it was targeting a Hamas camera being used to monitor its troops but provided no evidence to back that up. Reuters said an employee killed in the strike was manning a live camera position.
