Tim Walz speaks as suspected gunman in Minneapolis school attack named

The suspect in the shooting has been identified as Robin Westman, multiple senior law enforcement officials have told our US partner network NBC News. Police said earlier that the suspect was in their early 20s, had a limited criminal history and shot themselves dead after the attack (see 17.10 post).
