Trump accuses Minneapolis officials of 'insurrection' after ICE shooting

The mayor of Minneapolis has asked Donald Trump to end the administration's ICE operation in the city after the fatal shooing of an individual. Jacob Frey said video of the shooting showed "six masked agents pummelling one of our constituents and shooting him to death". The 37-year-old was shot dead by an ICE agent in the second fatal shooting this month - US officials say he was carrying a gun.
