Trump calls for reinvestigation of Afghan refugees who entered under Biden

U.S. President Donald Trump issued a video message after two West Virginia National Guard members deployed to Washington, D.C. were shot Wednesday afternoon just blocks from the White House. A suspect who was in custody also was shot and had wounds that were not believed to be life-threatening.
