The world might be a little bit closer to catastrophe today, after President Trump announced that he'd ordered the Pentagon to restart its nuclear weapons testing program, after a break of more than 30 years. He said the tests are necessary to keep pace with China and Russia. In a statement published online, Donald Trump wrote: "Because of other countries testing programs, I have instructed the Department of War to start testing our Nuclear Weapons on an equal basis.
