Trump says he asked Putin to temporarily cease attacks on Ukraine's infrastructure due to cold spell

Russia has agreed to pause strikes on the Ukrainian capital Kyiv until Sunday. This comes after US President Trump asked Russia's President Putin to halt attacks on Ukraine's energy grid for a week because of the extreme winter cold.
