Trump slaps 30% tariffs on imports from Mexico, Sheinbaum urges calm as talks continue

The Trump administration has announced 30 percent tariffs against all EU and Mexican goods. The tariffs would come into affect on August the 1st. Mexico and the United States do more trade with each other, than any other countries, exchanging 800 billion dollars’ worth of goods in 2024.
