Two men have appeared in court after a car crashed into a care home in Sunderland during a police chase. Two elderly residents later died. Sam Asgari-Tabar and Reece Parish, both 21, appeared separately at Newcastle Magistrates' Court following the crash at Highcliffe Care Home, Witherwack, Sunderland.
