UK PM's chief of staff Morgan McSweeney quits after scandal tied to Epstein

British Prime Minister Keir Starmer's chief of staff Morgan McSweeney has resigned. It comes after mounting pressure over Starmer's appointment of Peter Mandelson as ambassador to the US despite ties to late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
