UN general assembly vote: Resolution calls for immediate Gaza ceasefire

The UN General Assembly has passed a resolution demanding an immediate ceasefire in Gaza, during an emergency session. Member states also voted in support of the UN agency for Pales-tinian refugees - condemning a new Israeli law that bans the organisation's operations.
