United States accused of 'bullying' other countries by China

China has accused the US of 'bullying' other countries as Russia, China and India gather for talks at an economic summit. Victor Gao, vice president for the centre for China and globalisation, told Sky News: "I think there is only one country in the world which really is bullying around among many countries in the world." He added: "It tries to impose itself on top of other countries as if whatever it dictates should be the real truth."
