US backs security guarantees for Ukraine, as France and UK pledge troops

A new agreement has been reached on assuring the security of Ukraine, in the event of a ceasefire with Russia and it's been given the support of the United States. At a meeting in Paris, attended by President Donald Trump's envoys, France and the UK have agreed to deploy troops within Ukraine as a security guarantee.
