US blockade on Cuba: Living conditions worsen as fuel shortages bite

Cuban President Miguel Diáz-Canel says no oil has been delivered to the island for more than three months. The US imposed an oil blockade on Cuba in January in Washington's latest attempt to bring the island under US control. Washington and Havana are currently engaged in high-level diplomatic talks.
