US envoy presses Lebanon and Israel on Hezbollah disarmament plan

US envoy Tom Barrack has returned to Beirut to broker a truce between Israel and Hezbollah, following Lebanon's unprecedented endorsement of a disarmament plan. The proposal calls on Israel to uphold past ceasefire terms while Lebanon targets Hezbollah's financial networks under international pressure.
