The US embassy in Israel has set up a temporary "pop-up" consulate to serve the thousands of American residents of an illegal Israeli settlement. The controversial move in the community of Efrat has delighted some - and angered others. Around 4,000 people in Efrat - that's about a third of its population - are US citizens.
