US seeks international coalition to secure Strait of Hormuz amid Iranian curbs

The United States is forming the Maritime Freedom Construct to secure the Strait of Hormuz, jointly run by the State Department and Central Command for information-sharing, diplomatic co-ordination and sanctions enforcement.
