US-Venezuela relations: CIA head and interim president discuss collaboration

CIA director John Ratcliffe held talks with Venezuela's interim president Delcy Rodriguez in Caracas on Thursday. It was the first visit by a top US official since American forces captured and detained President Nicolas Maduro earlier this month.
