Washington parade celebrates US Army's 250th anniversary

A military parade in Washington DC marked the US Army's 250th anniversary, coinciding with Donald Trump's 79th birthday. The US president watched as around 6,600 soldiers, 150 vehicles, 50 aircraft and numerous artillery pieces took part in the parade. Some have criticised the event, saying it is expensive and not in the American tradition.
