Defence and security analyst Tobias Ellwood says the West should give Ukraine the military kit it needs "without caveats" so they can win their war with Russia. Amid discussions on long-range missiles, he told Sky's Kay Burley the West's support for Ukraine has been characterised by "hesitance" and slow decision making that has resulted in "costly delays".
