Zelenskyy: Ceasefire deal must come before other decisions on Ukraine-Russia peace deal

The Ukrainian president spoke in Kyiv after a summit with the leaders of the UK, France, Germany and Poland where they discussed additional sanctions on Russia if it fails to comply with a 30-day ceasefire. Volodymyr Zelenskyy said a ceasefire deal must be made with Russia before other, more complex, negotiations take place to secure a lasting peace deal.
