🕊️ Fashion icon Giorgio Armani dies at 91

Giorgio Armani, the Italian designer who revolutionized menswear and built one of fashion's most enduring empires, died at age 91.   Born in Piacenza in 1934, Armani entered fashion by chance, starting at Milan department store La Rinascente as a window dresser before working with designer Nino Cerruti.   He founded Giorgio Armani in the 1970s with business partner Sergio Galeotti.
