French Prime Minister Francois Bayrou has lost a vote of confidence in parliament. The result brings his nine months in office to an end, plunging France into fresh political turmoil. President Emmanuel Macron will need to find a successor - to become France's fifth prime minister in the last two years. 00:00 French parliament votes to oust prime minister 00:34 Jacob Ross, German Council on Foreign Relations 04:55 Cole Stangler, Journalist For more news go to: http://www.dw.com/en/ Follow DW on social media: ►Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/dwnews ►TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@dwnews ►Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/deutschewellenews/ ►Twitter: https://twitter.com/dwnews Für Videos in deutscher Sprache besuchen Sie: https://www.youtube.com/dwdeutsch Subscribe: https://www.youtube.com/user/deutschewelleenglish?sub_confirmation=1 #france #voteofnoconfidence #macron
