BREAKING: Three members of Lucy Letby hospital's senior leadership team arrested

Three managers at the hospital where Lucy Letby worked have been arrested on suspicion of gross negligence manslaughter. Police said the charges relate to "action or inaction of individuals" who managed Letby when she worked at the Countess of Chester Hospital. Letby, 35, was found guilty of murdering seven children and attempting to murder seven more between June 2015 and June 2016 while working in the hospital's neonatal unit.
