Car bursts into flames outside Ecuador shopping mall

A vehicle exploded outside a shopping mall in Ecuador's largest city, Guayaquil, killing one person and injuring several others, the country's prosecutor's office said. Guayas provincial governor Humberto Plaza told reporters "it was done with the worst intentions in the world, at rush hour, when employees were leaving, at this peak time of people movement, these murderers will pay."
