China heatwave: Some northern areas record temperatures above 40°c

Parts of northern China are hitting extreme temperatures, with some regions exceeding 40 degrees celsius. The government's told some people including the elderly and those with infants to avoid going outdoors. But many have no choice but to work through the heatwave.
