Flights resume at Washington airport after security threat cleared

The Federal Aviation Administration grounded flights at Reagan Washington National Airport after a reported threat against a United Airlines plane on Tuesday afternoon. Pictures from the airport showed emergency services surrounding the plane on the runway.
