Alana Odysseos, 32, was in the early stages of pregnancy with her third child when she was attacked by Shaine March, 45, at her home in Walthamstow, east London, early on Monday 22 July. March pleaded guilty to her murder on the seventh day of his trial earlier this month and will be sentenced today at the Old Bailey. March was aged 21 when he killed a man by stabbing him in the neck at a McDonald's restaurant, back in January 2000.
