Palestinian chef says Israeli actions are 'beyond my understanding'

The Palestinian chef Sami Tamimi has told Sky News food is being used by the Israelis as a weapon of war. Mr Tamimi grew up in Palestinian East Jerusalem before moving to the UK as a teenager. He co-founded the critically-acclaimed Ottolenghi restaurant and deli chain, which has outlets across London. He told Yalda Hakim he was fighting to keep alive Palestinian and Gazan culinary traditions amid the conflict.
