US Special Envoy Steve Witkoff says Vladimir Putin is willing to allow the US and European allies to provide security guarantees for Ukraine. He said it was the first time Russia had agreed to that, describing it as "game changing". He added that Moscow said it would pass into law a commitment not to take more Ukrainian territory. DW Washington correspondent Benjamin Alvarez Gruber, has more on the security guarantees that could be on the table. Zelenskyy is in Brussels preparing for his meeting with Trump on Monday. A large group of European leaders will join him for his crucial meeting at the White House on Monday. They want to help Zelenskyy press home Kyiv's perspectives, regarding a possible deal to end the war. After meeting with EU Chief Ursula von der Leyen, he took part in a video conference with other European leaders. Before the call, Zelenskyy and von der Leyen addressed the state of negotiations on the war.
