Russia’s Moscow faces internet shutdown amid Ukraine war

Russians in the capital Moscow have been left offline because of internet blackouts that authorities call “necessary” amid the war in Ukraine. Russia has been intermittently switching off the internet in various regions for months, to thwart Ukrainian drones.
