Sudanese refugees at risk of famine: UN agencies say food crisis reached breaking point

The number of refugees who've fled Sudan has now surpassed four million since the war there began 3 years ago. Tens of thousands crossed into Chad in just the past month, fleeing attacks in Darfur by the paramilitary RSF.
