Turkey blamed a deadly attack on the headquarters of an aviation defence company near its capital, Ankara, on the Kurdistan Workers’ party (PKK) and carried out a series of airstrikes across northern Syria and northern Iraq on what it said were PKK targets and affiliated groups.
