Uganda is marking the day rebels led by now president, Yoweri Museveni, overthrew the sitting government in 1986, after a five-year guerrilla war. Museveni was once seen as a visionary strategist who helped topple three brutal leaders. But some Ugandans now say he's presiding over an administration that no longer respects human rights.
